These images would not be complete without one of your illustrious Pipe Major in fancy dress. Here he is on the far right of the photo with his leg on a chair, as a member of the "1st Black Pearl Pirates of the Caribbean [something..something...something] of Brüggen" band. We got the prize for the longest name, and were the cause of much laughter with our entry, Sguian Dhu's in our teeth, pillaging the prizes, and wearing our flashes around our ankles. Quite where the pirates got the fluorescent jackets from I'm not sure! Many thanks to our Pipe Major, Marco Kreissl (looks like Santa Claus, far left of photo), for his stirling efforts in getting us organised.
