The formal structure of our band
 
This page supplies a copy of the Constitution, Rules for Financial Management, Rules of Conduct, and Terms of Reference which is a guide for officers.
 
1. TITLE AND FORM
 
1.1 The Organisation shall be called “City of Exeter Pipes and Drums” and be referred to as the “Band”.
1.2 It is an independent organisation. It is not and shall not be affiliated to any political party or pressure group.

2. OBJECTIVES
 
2.1 To provide:
2.1.1 A framework for Pipers and Drummers to practice on a regular basis.
2.1.2 Musical engagements and social and recreational activities for its Members.
2.1.3 Affiliation, through Group membership, to relevant organisations as the Committee may decide, except as stated in 1.2.
