4.1 Any Member of the Band may be expelled by a decision of the Executive Officers of the Band.

4.2 Such Members shall have the right to appeal in person to the full Committee on a decision that affects them, provided that notice of the appeal is submitted to the Secretary in writing within 28 days of the notification of the decision.

4.3 After the hearing, the Committee may decide either to lift the suspension or to expel the Member.

4.4 On expulsion, all uniforms and instruments and any other articles belonging to the Band shall be returned to the Quartermaster.

5.1 Pipe Major, Pipe NCOs, Pipers, Drum Major, Drum NCOs, Drummers, Quartermaster

5.2 NCOs will be appointed by the Pipe Major.
