Information on changes and enhancements to the band website

This is our new unlimited size site. This means we are able to include a lot more media in terms of videos, recordings and photos. Plus of course we don't need to delete anything in order to make room for new material. The normal site is ideally suited to Firefox and Microsoft Internet Explorer running on a PC with at least a 1024 pixel wide screen (ie. 99.9% of all computers today). We have tried hard to create a site that requires no page scrolling, for ease of use. We hope you like it!

Helping you get around the site

  • Generally you should be able to find what you want by using the menus on the left of the page, and the "notice blocks" on the right of the page. There are also bulletins at the bottom of the page.
  • Some aspects of this site are for band members only, and all band members can log in with their designated names and passwords, using the option at the top right of each page.

Facility for mobile phone/PDA users

There is the intention to provide an additional "mobile" format site. This should be very handy when you've forgotten when and where a given engagement is, and you've already left home. Or maybe you just want to rehearse a band tune from the site while on the move. More news on this later.
